Job title: Logistics Specialist

Job duties: Coordinate and direct logistics and maintenance processes in Air/Ocean export processes, and perform analysis to meet supply-chain metrics; coordinate and perform activities associated with PL3, warehouse tracking system and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange); schedule and coordinate shipping goods domestically and internationally; analyze current layout of logistics, including facilities and human resources; designing supply-chain applications to facilitate optical layout of both; maintain tracking books and report data through utilization of multiple information systems to provide formal and informal activity reports to all internal and external customers and to analyze costs and plan finances by providing logistics analysis; work with EDI to identify problems and take corrective action based on the variance analysis, and devise methods to optimize logistical process; work closely with Product Excellence to address supply-chain issues, and implement at shipping communication system; provide formal and informal activity reports to all internal and external customers, and oversee logistics technical reviews.

Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Accounting, or related field required.

Job title:  Cost Estimator

Job duties: Provide analytical support to implement an integrated global supply chain and logistics system; analyze product delivery and supply chain processes to optimize the cost for transportation of automotive parts; maintain purchasing tracking books and report data through utilization of multiple information systems to provide formal and informal cost reports to all international customers and to analyze costs of warehousing; identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses; evaluate the statistical methods to obtain data to ensure validity, applicability, efficiency and accuracy, then recommend ways to make a product more cost effective or profitable; analyze and interpret statistical data to identify significant differences in relationships among sources of information to set more concrete logistics plan; report results of statistical/cost analyses, including information in the form of graphs, charts and tables to assist the management’s understanding in the company’s warehousing and logistical operation.

Requirement:  Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Actuarial, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
